SplitNest Terms of Service
1. What SplitNest is
SplitNest is a record-keeping tool for shared expenses. It is not a bank, wallet or payment service, and it never moves money. Members pay each other outside the app and record the payment.
2. Using SplitNest
Enter accurate information, and invite only people you share costs with.
3. Calculations
Balances and suggested payments depend on what members enter. Check entries before settling up.
4. Provided “as is”
SplitNest is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
5. Disagreements and liability
To the extent permitted by law, EZPro Studio is not liable for disagreements between room members or for losses arising from them.
6. Stopping and deleting
You can stop using SplitNest and delete your account at any time.
7. Suspension
We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or other users.
